VMS offers three types of professional weathering powder fixers with different properties. Violet label are fast curing, reversible solvent-based ENML 2.0 fixers. Yellow label Alkyds are slow curing long open time fixers and green label are acrylic fixers. VMS ENML 2.0 Binders
Fix pigments using any method including capillary action, make custom weathering liquids, prepare weathering pastes. Dry to touch upon solvent evaporation, formulated for speedy modellers. Can be used over any acrylic base and enamel bases by the following companies: Humbrol®, Revell®, Model Master®. IMPORTANT: Tamiya® enamel base coats are incompatible!

VMS Alkyd Binders
Unlike ENML 2.0 this binder remains active in a pigment job after the solvent is gone i.e. a pigment job appears dry but can be further manipulated, you can remove portions of pigment to create very realistic results for instance flaking mud. VMS Acrylic Binders
Acrylic binders ensure quick high gloss effects. This binder type is best for all kind of heavy, textured mud effects. It dries fast and gives pigments jobs glossy or matt finish, depending on your formulation. Does not crack even if coats are very thick. Premium acrylic product - very high solids amount (>60%), not diluted. IMPORTANT: The product is susceptible to low temperatures and mustn't be frozen! Store and handle in room temperature.
